MizCode provides educational learning software for children, including MizLearn, MizBlocks, and MizQuest, as well as custom EdTech development for schools and partners. Specific features, pricing, and school agreements are defined in product terms or separate contracts.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use the website to transmit harmful code or spam
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with MizCode

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of MizCode and protected by intellectual property laws. Client project deliverables are governed by separate agreements that specify ownership and licensing terms.

4. Client Projects

Software development engagements are subject to separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA). In the absence of a specific agreement, MizCode retains ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks, while clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project upon full payment.

5. Learning Apps & Child Accounts

Use of MizCode learning apps is subject to product-specific terms and parental consent where required. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of our software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products with reasonable notice to active users.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees and product subscriptions are billed as specified in project agreements or pricing pages. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizCode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MizCode in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or products.

9. Termination
